Our goods are not sold on a trial basis, it is the responsibility of buyers to ensure that any goods purchased are suitable for their intended use. We will be pleased to offer advice and further information on all products prior to purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time you receive it, or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact us to discuss arrangements for its return for repair or replacement.
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, if you do need to return goods please do so within 14 days of receipt with a covering letter, quoting your order number, and we will be happy to refund the original card that you paid with.
PLEASE WRAP THE ITEMS VERY CAREFULLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING as we can only give refunds for goods returned in a resaleable condition.

DELIVERY CHARGES WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED WHERE GOODS ARE FAULTY.

To EXCHANGE a product, the original product will have to be returned to us for refund and a new order made.
Refunds will only be considered on agreement and under the following circumstances. Cancellations prior to dispatch and back orders are subject to refund. Damaged goods where reported within the agreed shipping and handling rules are also subject to refund. Products must be returned unused in their original packaging and be fit for resale unless reported as damaged. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
